At DS18, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original fashion polybag or box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to activate tracking for your return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
